Gates open at 6:00. Concert wristbands will be provided and are required to be worn at all times in concert area.
Age 8 and under are free with paid adult, but are required to wear a wristband.
All seating is BYOLC – “Bring Your Own Lawn Chair”. No shelters, tents or covers are allowed that obstruct other concert seating.
Food and Drink
Outside food and drinks are allowed, including alcoholic beverages in non-glass containers. However, there will be vendors selling food, drinks and the Jamboree Committee will be selling some CMB in the concert area. We encourage you to patronize those vendors so that they will want to come back and support the Jamboree in future years. Open containers of any alcoholic beverage must stay inside the concert area. Transportation of an open container outside of the designated area is a violation of state and city regulations.
On Saturday evening, parking will be allowed in several areas of John Brown Park, but some areas will be marked with No Parking signs, in order to maintain a land for emergency services vehicles through the park. Citations may be issued to parking violators.
We will continue to urge people to park at both sides of the High School where there are many parking spots. Six=seat carts will run a loop through the High School parking lots to help get people to and from the event. These carts are intended for those individuals that need assistance with walking the distance between the parking areas and the concert. We ask that if you are able and healthy enough to walk that you let those that need the carts get first priority.
Handicapped individuals are welcome to unload onsite in John Brown Park in an area that will not impeded traffic for other vehicles.
No performance of the 2017 Jamboree Concert shall be recorded, reproduced, or transmitted, in any manner or by any means whatsoever in the absence of a specific written agreement with the performing artists and the John Brown Jamboree Committee, relating to and permitting such recording, reproduction or transmission. Fan photos will be allowed.
